Storm Eunice has arrived and passed.

South Wales

The storm arrived as predicted, even though winds were high, we were quite lucky here in the Rhondda. Damage to a neighbour's roof where his chimney came crashing down and a few pane's out of another's greenhouse. We were lucky to not lose power either. What's happening where you live?

hiding from cock pics.

It's really breezy where I am, in North Hertfordshire. The neighbour's fence is on the ground and there is lots of lightweight stuff blowing around in the breeze.

I've heard about quite a few fence panels and a few smaller trees down locally.

Still raging here in my part of South Wales. Still got a power outage. Although I wouldn’t want to be a power line engineer in this weather

One of the balcony's lost their tarpaulin that was held on with cable ties. Can't see much else at the moment.

Although my son works at the O2 and part of the roof has been ripped off.

Yes I have. Thank you for asking. Arwen did nick two ridge tiles off and dropped them on my kitchen extension smashing the tiles there so I have my butt clenched for luck today

One word. Carnage.

(The road out of the village is blocked in both directions, rolling power cuts, and when outside I came back in wearing a cat on my head).

We’re still not sure about Mrs Norris…..

It's blowy here and we had a great tit stuck indoors for a bit. That was fun. We freed it though. After all tits should be out and free shouldn't they!
