I tear up when I hear Jim Reeves' Silver Bells as it reminds me of one Christmas when I was about 11 or 12, helping my mum setting out my younger siblings' presents, while we listened to his Christmas album.

She had a silver bells Christmas ornament that played a tune too.

That's lovely. I have a similar memory - my Nan would make us have a family sing-song every Christmas Day and always included the country song "One Day at a Time" (Google tells me it's by Christy Lane, but a bit before my time)! Rarely hear it, but if I do, I'm straight back in her living room after a huge Christmas lunch!

AC/DC's "Back In Black" album. New singer... was it gonna be any good?

What a silly question. It's a rock classic.

I always recall listening to that one night on the radio before the news announced Argentinian fishermen had landed on South Georgia and hoisted their flag..and thinking something is going to occur here..
