With smallish boobs, one firmer than the other after 3 kids. Kids equal no cash for boob job.

Any free tips are great.

Even tho Master loves holding them, I can't always wear him to work or use him outdoors to help. Hehe.

Kitten x

How can girls give you advice on how to grow boobs?

Women’s breasts developed naturally. For trans girls they need to be enhanced through medication or surgery.

The place to go for that advice would be, first stop, your doctor, who I would assume would forward you on to specialists!

From my medical background it’s largely a mixture of genetics, lifestyle including diet and, as rightly said, hormones.

OP, you might find with testosterone suppressants and oestrogen supplement that it helps to kick start breast development. I’m no expert on the subject by any means, but I would speak to your local GP for better advice.

Hormones! But even so, it isn’t guaranteed growth. The user above did mention it right, there needs to be suppression of T, integration of estrogen over a X period of time (it can take up to 3-4 years to fully see results) as fat will redistribute over the second sex characteristics areas (so the bum, the breasts, the cheeks etc) but even then. It really comes down to genetics.

Some trans women don’t develop any tissue at all, some will grow a lot. Shape isn’t guaranteed either. (Hence why some will go under the knife)

You will need to speak to specialist doctors, your GP can only refer you to a gender clinic, then the gender clinic will assess you, if they happen to diagnose you with gender dysphoria, then you will get your hormones.

You can go private using private gender doctor specialists, but obviously it will cost money but it cuts down time (not necessarily tho because to be seen by Dr Paterski, you will have to wait, I think they don’t have spaces till Sep/oct - and that’s just for the initial appointment)

Having said that, if you happen to feel like you need to transition, don’t let it get to you, as you will get there eventually
