The land of grey peas and bacon

I was doing so well on my diet and now had a bit of a lapse for a week or so..I am back on it tomorrow...I want to get rid of some of this wobble...

If your diet is too onerous then you're bound to fall off the wagon eventually. I've been trying to force myselfto go to the gym more than I do but truth be told I don't enjoy it very much so should really try to find something more enjoyable to do.

Set small targets for yourself as thinking I need to lose THIS much is too high a mountain to climb sometimes. Good luck x
