We're trying to watch it but the feed keeps freezing. I don't tihnk they envisaged how many people would want to log in. Will watch a recording later.

I don't know how the guy fitted his massive bollocks in that small capsule!

That was one of the most nerve-wracking and exciting things I've seen in a while. The side image of him standing on the edge of the capsule with the Earth curving out behind him is going to be on that will be remembered for a long time.

Amazing achievement!

He's officially done it (verified figures are in)

128,097ft

And

833mph (mach 1.2).

My highest jump was a HALO jump back in 2001. I can't give specifics but it was over 40,000ft, I can't imagine how it felt to jump from 3 times that height.
