"There was another thread with all the different types of pasta and different shapes which are great for variety of dishes. These days I like the little pasta rice(orzo). It's very versatile. I particularly like it in oven dishes like meatballs or chicken, beef or lamb. It's just delicious. I am sure I put a recipe on the 'Favourite recipe' thread. If not, I will put it on.
