"Roast Leg of Lamb, Roast Potatoes, Cauliflower Cheese, Mashed Swede, Carrots and Savoy Cabbage with mint sauce and proper gravy. And got a homemade rice pudding to go in when Dinner is cooked. Got my son and daughter in law coming over at 1pm. Dinner at 2pm." Sounds divine. Enjoy. Sprinkle a little bit of cinnamon on your rice pudding if it's your thing. I like it but can appreciate not everyone likes cinammon. I also sometimes sprinkle a tiny bit of brown sugar on top and caramelise the top a little under the grill or with a blow torch.

" Bit of a traditionalist so I normally use nutmeg, but I might give the cinnamon a go for a change.
