Currently on second coffee but feel to ill to eat yet

What's your go to hangover cure ? I might need some help here

Around the Midlands

Plenty of fluid and rest (as the Dr would say!!!).

Don't think coffee is really meant to help but by God you do need a few after a heavy night out

Thanks I'm starting to feel human again just popped a couple of paracetamol and managed to eat some toast ....a very lazy day ahead good job is raining

I understand that it's a bit late,but the secret is making sure you have the correct amount of food so the alcohol can be absorbed.also drinking orange juice before hand supposed to help. But right now eating anything that has been fried is just going to dehydrate you.so keep drinking water and eat some fruit.plenty of toast.and keep telling yourself you're never drinking again
