How do you send direct photos

I've seen you can send photos direct from your phone that aren't uploaded but can't seem to see how to do it. Can someone please advise how to do this?

Go to send message, click on "attach photo" (in blue under the text box) "send direct photo" should show

Just realised it's only on the mobile version, not the web version. I've been looking for it on the web version!
