Past month two of my neighbours have passed away, one in her 60's then today a lad in his early 30's, different households, both decided they didn't want to carry on, spoke every day to both, listened to what they had to say, never offered a solution just listened, understood they were both struggling in different ways. I just wish they had knocked on my door and screamed. Sorry guys for posting this just wanted to share n say ffs if you, any of you want to scream message me. I will hold my hand out to anyone x

Night n bless

Indeed, talk to your neighbours. You all knew them and there may be some comfort in sharing that grief and dare I say it, perhaps a sense of guilt.

It isn't a "shite post" and I'm glad you reached out with it.

How devastating for you... Just keep in mind how much of a lovely friend you were to them both and what that would of meant to them. You couldn't of done more for them

Just take care of yourself OP xx

Gosh, that's awful. Having lost friends to suicide, you always wish they would have said something, or you could have helped them in some way

That's so sad OP. You sound really kind, don't beat yourself up about what's happened. I think when people have decided to take their lives there is very little anyone can do to change their minds.

It's ok, sometimes better to seek help from strangers
