Gum Disease

Yes blood in your tooth wash can indeed be the signs of gum disease.

I’ve had two painful months of it.

Things I’ve learned:

Clean that gum line.

Brush your tongue.

Clean twice a day and use floss to get between teeth.

Don’t leave cleaning until late at night. Clean after breakfast and at around or before 10pm.

Watch for those hidden sugars.

Don’t rely on cheap mouthwash. Use Listerene if you have to.

Go to your dentist regularly.

Hopefully mine is much better now after two treatments. Keep those pearlies shining.

I always get scolded about my gums whenever I go to the hygienist, and I swear I try my best … *cries in Spanish*
