... but does anyone else hate those messages which something like 'I'm in a hotel in X. Would like to meet up for fun now'?

Makes me feel like the guy is ordering up a woman. And often there's no face pic.

Yes and doesn't appeal, I like to meet socially first and somewhere where there are lots of people like a pub, they want to meet either at the hotel bar or in their room and I find most are playing away from home

If they catch me in the right mood I don't mind. But they have to meet me in the bar for a drink and a decision first - I don't go straight to the room.

So there have been times when it's all planned the gets cancelled cos they obvs got someone who will play without the assessment.

But that's fine.

It's just makes me laugh when I change my status to out of town for work and they still offer a Sheffield hotel meet!

Read the words, not just the pretty pics people!

I generally reply with something like " I'm a Swinger not a Hooker" and I have to say that 9 times out of 10 I usually receive an apology...

I'm happy to meet these people as I sometimes am in a hotel looking for meets myself. But they tend to message at 11.30pm when I'm in my jammies, and get testy when I tell them I am about to go to bed! Weird.

Once I thought what the hell and agreed to meet someone who messaged me when he was in a hotel in my area for a couple of days.

He was supposed to call me when he'd finished for the day and arrange the meet.

He didn't call. I hadn't bothered to get ready as my gut feeling was he wouldn't.
