"The worst thing about working from home is missing the work banter as well as having to call 10 people to say something when it would have taken only 30 secs to do that in the office. Also, nibbling throughout the day does no good to your figure. On the other hand you can get all your washing done as you can empty and load your washing machine as many times as you like "

"I do 2 days WFH and 3 in the centre. It's a decent balance and have been doing it since 2017. " We have to be three days on site too... Trouble is we have three sites and I end up on MS Teams meeting with coworkers anyway ... Never about outcome, it's counting bums on seats...

"I'm feeling the need to get into office just to see human beings again and actually have a face to face conversation. I my job I'm on the phone 7hrs a day talking to customers but as I live basically alone being in the house all the time is making me feel very low at times. Although I do appreciate its keeping me safe." My work rarely involves talking to anyone, and I live alone - not the same, but I've found there's websites simulating chatter in cafés. On days when being alone is bothering me, having that on in the background does make a noticeable difference to my mood

My arrangement was put in place for disability reasonable adjustment. There's definitely a need for me to be in the centre on some days of the week, for face to face teaching, for example.

"Everything about working from home is far better than going into an office, including having to deal with coworkers outside of necessary conversation. I have a life, I have friends, I have a family - and I resent anyone that tries to take time away from those priorities. Remote working has literally allowed me to put them in a box, mute them, and get on with what I'm actually paid to do. M" Yes that's how I feel. I'd love to work from home, unfortunately can't in my line of work, but going a week without seeing a colleague wouldn't be an issue for me.

"I've worked from home since March 2020 and it's starting to grate to be honest. I love my home and work life separate so it's been pretty tough to adjust " I understand about the separation. I don't feel as though I'm working from home, I feel as though I'm living in the office. I think it would be easier if I had a completely separate work space within my home, but I don't- it's a corner of the lounge.

My adjustment started in 2017, so well before COVID. Not all employers were/are twats. But as a general rule, yes, it's frustrating to many disabled people that greater home-_ased working wasn't considered earlier. In my personal situation, nothing is different now to 2017, other than I have better software tools to communicate with colleagues remotely. I no longer need to use the phone and Skype.

I got fed up working in my lounge and squeezed into spare bedroom so i can shut the door on it. It helps. Plus i have to use the stairs for kitchen rather than sit most of the day.

" I'm in a flat, I have limited options and don't want my desk in my bedroom! I'm lucky that the lounge is big enough to fit a decent workstation in, but I don't like that my office has encroached into my living space and I've lost my dining table. Still, it kept me safe and in a job over the last two years, so although I am itching to get into an office I shouldn't complain too loudly.

"I really struggled WFH during the 1st lockdown. Took me weeks to settle but then I became really productive. I then returned 2 days a week & it has made a huge difference to my mental health. I was considering adding a 3rd day in the office but now contemplating a full time return to reduce my utility bills as I get no assistance. J x" The bills are bad but currently I'd still rather wear a jumper and a blanket than go into the office. Dreading the price hikes.

"I am. Personally I would prefer a mix of the two. We were going to do this at first and have alternating days in bubbles but they didn't have enough equipment. " That is what has started to happen to the office staff in my building. People can opt to do the full week on site if they like, but everyone else has to return on site for at least 2 days a week. Nobody is given the option to do full time at home, with the exception of those with medical reasons. I have been on site through the whole thing. Some people wanted a thorough phased return to work because they were not used to working in an office environment. It is nice to see old faces I'd not seen for at least a year, even more I for some of them.

It is nice to see old faces I'd not seen for at least a year, even more I for some of them. " Mine has been really weird. We were in the office all the way through apart from one weird week in January last year when we were all suddenly sent home but then called back in the next week. We've been in the office ever since then again suddenly after Christmas we had to quickly form this bubble thing. The first week we were supposed to do it there wasn't enough equipment so some of us who could do our jobs completely from home were asked to work permanently from home until more equipment arrived. I'm still here and no news on it changing! I guess they were concerned about Omicron but it just felt weirdly late in the day.
