His apology is just appalling, saying the cats are loved. He's seen throwing shoes at it, chasing it around the room before kicking the poor thing.

"What a scum bag playing for a scum bag team west ham. all there supporters live in council flats and rats

"

To add to that, I'm a Spurs supporter so West Ham are one of our main rivals. But to label the club as a "scum bag team" and their supporters as living in council flats is both childish and untrue and slurs the club and their supporters.

It is also an insult to everyone who live in social housing. My dad still lives in the council maisonette we grew up in. He worked his whole life and, along with my mum, raised 4 kids.

So to label them as somehow less than those who live in their own property is quite frankly disgraceful, and tells the reader a good deal about the character of the author of that post.

Wow! I have not seen the video ... and nor do I want to. I am sure it is traumatising judging by the descriptions that I have read.

We should exercise compassion for ALL living creatures and condemn the vile acts. Some of the comments about committing violence against the Human Being seem very harsh indeed.

Respond rather than React - Always.

He deserves prison time as a fine will probably mean nothing to him. As for laughing whilst doing it , that’s obscene. A message needs to be sent out to all animal abusers. It’s totally unacceptable behaviour and should be taken very seriously and punished severely.

"New West Ham anthem...

I'm forever kicking tiddles

This should be sung on Spitting Image to shame the evils swine.

I'm forever kicking Tiddles,

Putting my boots in the fur,

He flies so high, as did my thigh,

Stupidl! My team? Played me last night.

Kitty’s always hiding,

I've screamed everywhere,

I'm forever scaring Tiddles,

Little Tiddles is scarred.

I'm yelling screams and have my own memes

I'm uploading on line.

I’m bored aren’t you, my IQ is two

I’m living on borrowed time.

My followers are dropping,

They fall again in the morning!

Do lynch mobs creep, when I'm asleep?

The R S P C A

Said they want to, lock me away,

My career’s ending someday.

Common sense, is a stranger so to me,

Shit’s hit the fan and it’s become smelly !

What Kurt Zouma did was wrong and unacceptable and I feel a more appropriate sentence maybe some sort of educational / rehabilitation course in how to look after pets or a lifetime ban from keeping pets.If there is a good thing to have come out of this is the £250k which he was fined will now go to the RSPCA whilst I appreciate this is not a large sum of money considering he on on £6.5 million a year I am sure the £250k will go some way to helping the RSPCA.
