There’s been attempts to arrange this a few times. One we even had a hotel and chose who we were sharing rooms with etc. Didn’t happen.

Another, was arranged halfway between all the ladies that were interested. That also fell by the wayside.

I think it’s a great idea though. I’d always be up for it. It’s just a bit difficult to organise as people are so busy.

Mind some of the guys were trying to organise one and it got down to just two of them were going to be attending. No sex and no women put the lid on that one I seem to remember

I’ve been discussing this very thing actually. An afternoon social with fab ladies and our trans sisters welcome. A few nibbles, drinks and giggles sounds just the tonic. I’ve been chatting with others about the logistics and heard an urban myth about a previous ladies only social where someone brought that days male meet along with them

Maybe I’m not quite ready to organise yet as I’d boot them both out with no tact or diplomacy.

No it was a few years before covid. I think the first one got cancelled because the organiser had a friends wedding to go to. I told her she should invite us all to the reception but it was a no can do

The other one just sort of fizzled out because of timings for everyone.
