Sex is nice and all that but I feel like I'm in a minority on here (especially as a man) as I don't spend really any time trying to have sex through this site.

Yes, like everyone else, it was a major part of why I signed up to the website but the more I think about it, the more I find myself just coming here for a bit of debate, a few laughs, to make some friends and maybe a bit flirt.

I hear you man……since the C word came along things have obviously changed and I try see the positive in it and it’s this site. I’ve spoken to loads of people about all sorts of things and made a few friends via KIK/Skype etc just here to have some fun.

Same here. My wife and I initially set up a couples profile in December 2020, in the hope that a) Covid would soon be on its way out, and b) we would be able to find a suitable, reliable man for MFM.

We were let down on both counts, but I’ve come back - while my wife watches with interest and some scepticism - to sound people out in a more indirect way, and to enjoy some fun conversations.

I’ve had a horrible couple of years and had my confidence knocked to shit and my libido took a massive crash with it. I’m trying to get myself back together but I really haven’t got enough confidence back to start meeting again yet. I don’t want to waste anyone’s time so put my filters up to stop most messages and make it clear on my profile I’m not meeting new people. Totally with you there, fab has been a confidence boost for me and a great way to meet new people (i've only had sex with 2 people off here but we've met LOADS of lovely folk) especially as i've been a stay at home mum for the past few years and very rarely ever get out.

I never have looked for or expected to meet anyone here, I do enjoy reading some forums and of course some profiles have amazing pictures and I take my hat off to all those that post that content. The Ireland forums tend to be controlled by a few users that wish to dictate the flow and content of the posts, some people just seem to have an opinion on everything and love to give a fuck when its not there turn to give a fuck. For me its light hearted fun to help pass away the boring hours in work.

Ive never gone on the pull or actively pursued sex.

Yes I'll flirt, wink and say hello but anyone who speaks to me will tell you that I believe in conversation first, friendship second and if we remember, then yes maybe sex might come up for conversation but I'm much more likely to ask about you and your day than if your cock or pussy needs attention.

Strangely enough, when I talk to women in particular, they're the ones that tend to bring up the subject of sex first.

Maybe that's why they tend to enjoy my company. im not a threat in their eyes.

I'm the same. This place is very definitely not where you can meet a hot lover unfortunately. I gave up chasing it ages ago on here, just flirty chat and leave it at that as the chances of actually meeting are very slim.
