"If I was struggling with recognising my self-worth - or struggling mentally in general - I’d look into counselling. Not saying that’s what you should do! It’s just that if these things aren’t explored from the root, they tend to fester or come back. It’s good to have the tools to properly deal with these feelings and insecurities. And yes, you’re ace! "Ohh no beaut i feel ya though I have been the same for the last few days. When I feel like this I try and do things that make me feel good about myself so healthy eating and exercise, even if its just a nice walk it helps to clear your head. I also usually have a little pamper session even if its only putting on a facemask or painting your nails it can help lift your mood. And lastly I do a guided meditation for a decluttering of the mind ohh and I forgot about cleaning I do that too I hope you are ok beautiful you are an amazing kind and generous person never forget that " Thanks Belle, that’s so nice of you to say xxx and I think you came up with some really good suggestions x Hope you are well urself pretty lady x | |||

Any kind suggestions are appreciated " I remind myself that I am God of my own world. I control every aspect of it and can change anything I want. No one knows what it is like to be me so it is a truly unique experience that has been ace so far. I also like to look at nature or up at the sky and think about how special existence is. There is so much beauty and love in the world and the fact that I have an opportunity to experience it is something really special. It is easy to focus on the negative but i love myself because I'm never going to be anyone else. It makes no sense to not as there are no benefits. Life is short but it's also the longest thing you'll ever do. Stay string sister | |||

"Oh I’m sorry you are feeling this. Funnily enough I’ve been like that this week too. I wallow in it for a little while then I kick myself up the bum and tell myself to snap out of it. I’ll journal about it in a note book then run a bubble bath and have a glass of wine, candles and a flask mask and fluffy towels and bath robe and generally make myself feel better. It’s a very hard head space to be in but you have to tell yourself you are worthy and work through those negative voices. I hope you find a way the works for you darling x" Thanks lovely! I think writing it all down in a journal is actually such a great thing . My self worth is based on others around me, family, friends, my community involvement colleagues, my political beliefs, people I chat with at the gym, my cat is my greatest fan Hope you have other interests than Fab. If you like you can chat with me off the forum and get to the bottom of your problem. I'm not a professional behaviour consultant, I have had enough experience dealing with others and a long life to understand others. | |||
