Random question but what do most of you go for on a Sunday? Do you put more effort into it? I’m up in Scotland and I’m going full fry-up!

Somewhere near here

I’ve just had a bowl of special k and fruit. But when younger it was always a bacon sandwich and if I ever missed out on one it’d put a downer on the rest of my week

When I am working all I have time for is a protein shake. If I am off then I mormally eat a slice of toast with butter and jam and coffee. Though I really shouldn’t!

If I am feeling homesick, then a Mexican breakfast. There is nothing more magnificent than a Mexican breakfast. My favourite meal of the day.

I do love a good potato scone. Square sausage too. It's better than an English fry up

But for me, at home, I just have the same breakfast I do any other day. No special effort on a Sunday.

Enjoy your breakfast

Just coffee and a bit of toast with some orange marmalade for me. Not fun of massive breakfasts. Not early ones anyway.

Yes think I’m going for the square sausage too. By the looks of you both I’d say you are too healthy eating for that ha

There are so many! You can have a different breakfast at least for a week and not get bored!

Chilaquiles (my favourite), huevos rancheros, molletes, huevos divorciados, enchiladas suizas, all preceded by delicious fresh fruit (papaya, cantaloupe, dragon fuit, which is native to Mexico but mostly eaten in the far east) …. and followed by coffee or hot chocolate with sweet rolls (very special too!)

I always tell my passengers flying to Cancun that most resorts have 2 breakfast buffet queues: the Anglo one- with sausages, baked beans, etc and the Mexican one. Ignore the English one and go for the Mexican one. it really is amazing food! But then again I’m biased

On Sunday it’s usually something light. I’ve just had a vanilla protein shake and then some fruit, a banana, orange and blueberries

I'm raging I had a fry up yesterday as I'm betting there are no fresh scones today which means it's probably another fry up today,,

I need inspiration. I might have scrambled or poached egg. Then I'm going to the shop so maybe I'll just get some croissants. Hmm. Or a bacon sandwich.

When I was a bit younger, a full English could cure just about any hangover.

These days it's just a case of suffering through, but that doesn't stop me trying.

I love a full fry-up but it depends on lunch. If it's a heavy one, I will have only a very light breakfast.
