What's your idea of comfort food?

Loughborough

For me, there's absolutely nothing better than a hearty bowl of stew on a cold winter day, with freshly baked crusty bread. Chunky veg, beefy stock, yum!

What food instantly makes you feel just that little bit better about your day?

Is there any difference between a corned beef hash and a corned beef stew? I've only ever had the former but I dunno if they're ultimately the same thing.

Yeah they are different but corned beef stew is literally the same as Irish stew just with chunks of corned beef instead.

Ah right. I've got pretty awful memories of corned beef hash. My mum really can't cook that well bless her, and she used to serve this watery, bland corned beef... Thing on a plate
