Bake the spud til skin is crispy

Scoop the spud out

Mash with butter, cheese & red onion

Put the mash back in the skins

Sprinkle more cheese on top

Pop back in the oven til the cheese is all bubbly

Butter, medium cheddar cheese (grated). Side of salad (grated carrot, cucumber, tomato, lettuce). Salt and pepper and a drizzle of Salad Cream. A few slices of picked beetroot on side. And a side of warm beans - half over of the potato and half next to it.

Mmmmmm. Lunch tomorrow me thinks sorted. Nom nom
