A world all of his own

It's a little too late in life now lol, but when I was younger, it was to be a pilot in the RAF. Fly fast jets for a living, and be paid for it?! Was all I could have asked for.

Done both…. And certainly neither was for the money, working with horses then as a dog walker.

Professional high altitude mountaineer. Suspect I'd need a personality transplant though, it's an incredible selfish career that leaves little room for partners and leaves them sat at home for months at a time never knowing when/if they'll see you again.

For now I'm happy with engineering and being a low level weekend warrior.
