I've just woken with the shakes from a nightmare I seem to be having repeatedly...always wake at the same point but its enough to shock me...I haven't eaten cheese before bed or anything like that...anyone have any idea why or what it could mean?

It usually means 'something' is bothering you, you'll have to look at the dream in more detail to try to work it out.... only you know what's going on in yer life

Its completely bizarre...same dream over about 6 weeks...doesn't even remind me of a film or something I've watched...no similarities...worrying as its been known to happen sometimes when I've dreamt stuff regularly...

They might be nightmares, but the fact that they are recurring, I find quite reassuring.

Apparently your dreams are reversed ie dreaming of death represents life and vice versa
