What childhod fads did you have? and do you still have some trace of them.

For me it was Garbage pail kids.

Pogo stick = broken nose; Skateboard = Torn ankle ligaments; Clackers = broken wrist. Dad thought Airfix modelling would be safe...Glued it to kitchen table!!

i used to spend hours making and painting airfix models... my bedroom ceiling was a dogfight of almost every type of plane.....

Glow worms. I think I had them all, just about every insect you could think of and I remember I could attach them with their sleeping bags! I also loved (and still do!) the moomins.....

Kerby was a good one, making a steery from some old pram wheels and a plank of wood then hurtle yourself off down the nearest slope you could find with no elbow pads or helmets lol.one spelt a full summer with these things we made from them green garden canes we called them french arrowes and threw them with a lace usually stolen from your dads shoe which was already destroyed because id normally cut the tongue out for my catapult.

Thats so a challenge if i've ever heard one!! If we ever meet up i'll have to bring a football and find some high kerbs lol
