After seeing a bit of negativity on the forums I thought I’d try and spread a little positivity, it’s been a real pleasure chatting with some of you since I joined and I hope to continue with those friendships, I hope everyone has a fantastic day and is wearing a smile today

My household has just contracted Covid for the first time since the pandemic began. Sorry to be a downer on your positivity thread, but I guess in a way that is a bit of “positive” news isn’t it? A positive LFT

Liking your positive attitude. There is so much doom and gloom in life these days that I try to look for the positives in each day in the simple things, such as watching the beautiful sunrise as I drive to work.

Appreciating what we have is a really positive thought we can all try and do.

Just to add on to this.

Positivity can be one of the absolute worst things you can do for somebody that is in a negative downward spiral. It is a far more dangerous thing that people tend to realise and often endnup handling situations in the wrong way.
