What does it mean to you? Not a lot, quite cynical

So far best idea is me shopping for valentines and it looks like I'm buying flowers fruit etc for my partner and then it cuts to the bedroom and I've made a girl out of the items from the supermarket

If I saw someone shopping for flowers and fruit I would think it was for someone ill. Isn't Valentine's day roses and chocolates ?
