I don't recommend using that term as a guy!

Got a few open mouths for it at work yesterday, they were all in sync as well

I much prefer to use the term PPI as it can easily be explained away as a reference to a Financial practice - actually stands for Pre Period Intolerance but the good news is none of the women know about it so just keep it to yourself
