Curious about preferences on meeting people too near to where you live.

Neath valley.

We are all in here for one thing. As long as its not a mate meeting local is ok. Further afield depends on distance and the connection over time chatting with them that might make it worth the effort going to meet them for sex.

Local unless we've met before and I know I can trust her/them to show up.

After a very disrespectful experience where my wife was hassled by someone she’d met locally, we will only look for folk outside of our town.

We try not to go too far now, not because we dont want to but family commitments mean if we get a call we need to be bk asap.

We no longer stay out overnight on meets, gutting really cause we love going to the clubs.

No such thing as too near. The closer the better to be honest. And if they’re closer, it can be more than an occasional fuck, you can actually spend time with them.

The perfect middle ground.

3 miles away would probably be perfect. (But the perfect is the enemy of the good.)

I go for local, up to 5 miles away. Would make it easier for regular catch ups.

However I like to travel across UK so pretty much open to chat with couples/ladies all around UK. Who knows where can I be next weekend

We went many miles to attend a house party only to find the ‘couple’ hosting didn’t live together. Turns out he lived pretty close to us and when he spotted us out walking he pulled alongside to ask if we were up for car fun!

I received messages from new profiles he’d created for a long time after that.

Either or, I've met guys who live off the same main road as me, and never bumped into them out and about.

Calderdale innit

I prefer local

When I was single years ago, I ued to meet someone 10 mins away.

There was never any issue with it, but understand someike to avoid locals just in case.

Northumberland

I prefer further afield as local is too close given its rural nature.

So for me it's got to be 30/40 miles away.

Hull

I don’t like to meet local. 45 mins drive is the nearest really depending on their exact location.I’ve seen too many people I know in local updates and that includes workmates and some partners of acquaintances. I work for such a large company and Hull is not that big so I’d rather keep fab stuff for non-locals.

I like to think about carbon footprint. A half hour cycle is best.
