I feel your pain as I have suffered with insomnia since I was 4 years old.

I've had a pretty bad bout of it since just before Christmas but thankfully last night I seemed to sleep quite well so hope the same can be said for you.

I know when im not going back to sleep ... like at 3 a.m. this morn.

I make a cuppa, pick up a book and BOOM .....

Don't ask me why. I think the book must stop me thinking
