Cost of travelling to any "local" pub that serves at least 1/2 a decent pint

I'll stick to my homebrew thank you.

Anyone up for a pint

I think it's so funny that you can get Carlsberg in England for about £2 pint, yet here in Copenhagen where it's made you won;t pay less than around £6 for half a litre, beware the governments talk about increasing alchohol prices to combat alchoholism, it's a big fat con!!!!!, xxx

3rd time lucky!

One pint of Hoblgoblin ale, single vodka and small bottle of orange, small glass of pepsi & one bag of chesses and onion crisps. How much?

£12.85 in a little pub near me!!

Robbing barstewards - and it came to the same sum after I complained and asked for the bar manager to come and re-check for me.

I've no idea. I'm usually the last in the round but I leave before it's my turn so I haven't actually bought a pint since 1989.

I have never been in my local

No chance of doing so now either after the locals re-styled it as some sort of Wild West saloon complete with shootings and murders.

Thankfully the Sherriffs and the Mayor have shut it down now !
