I'm not a Catholic, but I don't do meat on a Friday, that way when I get to the pearly gates, and St Peter reels off my misdeameanours of this life, I can at least say, "Yes Pete, but I didn't eat meat on a Friday, so can you go and have a word with the boss, and see if I can come in? If it works, my salmon could leave me very satisfied, and my mum wouldn't complain either. What's on the desert menu to satisfy would be your choice! " I'd have to tell the boss that I was a friend of yours and hope it got me in the gates!
