2nd day back at the gym

That is very true. A few weeks ago I did some funny squat/slipper pictures so I had to squat a few times. Maybe 5. That killed my thighs for a whole week I know I'm pretty average in build, but jesus, I am NOT fit.

Ah, the first session back is the hardest! The key is to get along often enough that the DOMS gets more bearable and doesn't last 3 days like the first session!

Means you worked hard, just don't attempt stairs/lift shopping bags/cough/sneeze/laugh too much until next week.

The Dom's only get more bearable for upper body, leg DOMS never get easier

And with day 3 out the way I only have legs left to do
