What’s your method to leaving the week behind and enjoying your weekend?

Sinking a few beers?

Baths?

Meditation?

Or just shit food in front of Netflix ?

Deadlifting Fridays. I soon forget the week then. The delicious soreness in the muscles afterwards distract from all.

I don't get weekends usually. I have random weekdays off which are split so don't do anything other than sleep and housework

I chose not to care about work. I leave and have forgotten about it before the door hits my arse.

I never need to distress due to my laissez-faire attitude.

Sorry what’s a weekend?? Shift worker here.

So on the rare occasion I actually get a weekend off it’s either spent sleeping or catching up with friends who don’t work shifts

Most of the time I quite like being at work. Often it’s less stressful than being at home.

I do shifts, so my “weekend” seldom coincides with a Saturday and Sunday.
