Snoring!!

I'm paranoid about sharing a bed overnight with a bloke, because I thought I snored, but I downloaded sleep tracker app that records you if you snore or sleep talk etc. I'm relieved to discover that I only snore for a few seconds, a couple of times a night- I guess losing a bit of timber has cured me!! Happy days!!

Has anyone else tried one of these apps? Are they accurate or am I fooling myself & actually sound like an outboard motor??

I'm unsure if they are accurate, I need at least 1 other to sleep with me, to get a better feel for it.

I saw that I don't particularly snore much too, which could be a great relief, as I'd thought I was a bad snorer, until I used that app

I might try this out as other have accused me of snoring ...obviously without proof

I will then without a shadow of a doubt be able to prove I do not snore

Sleep tracker is useless.. it didn't register either my hubby or the rottweiler snoring away to their hearts content...

My video on my phone proved otherwise.

They are definately ganging up on me!

You don’t look like the typical snorers. However sleep apnea can be undiagnosed in many, the only way to really know is if someone you sleep with complains, or you record yourself, or you go to a sleep lab.

As a chronic high volume snorer I think you'll be fine. If you are really worried about it Boots do an anti snoring gumshield (pulls your jaw forward) and sewing tennia balls on the back of your pyjamas will also stop you lying on your back and snoring.

You may find once you've put all this on your meet will decide that it is time to head off (unless they have a hidden snoring kink)....
