Caipirinha? Oh strictly traditional... not a sweet one *yuck*

Swapping the orange for blood orange in a margarita is as sweet as my cocktail choices get...

Other choices are espresso Martini (but only using exceptional espresso and coffee liquor) or an old fashioned
