Get ready to be stopping on roundabouts, junctions and everywhere else as they can now do almost as they please and it's down to the driver or whoever has the larger vehicle to take full responsibility for any accidents involving said pedestrians and cyclists "There's a guy who regularly cycles along the seafront here who'll be rubbing his hands in glee. He deliberately impedes drivers when there's absolutely no need to, if they stop he switched his helmet camera on and proceeds to insult them. He's done it to us and we've seen him do it to their people. On one memorable occasion he did it to a young guy who was having none of it. We had to laugh. | |||
