New year fitness

So I’m sure a lot of folk had said they would do the old “new year new me thing” including myself but I’m curious if those that had are still hard at it?

Yes I am, go to the gym 3 times a week and is feeling and seeing the difference. Loving the buzz from it

Yes! No targets and not measuring anything and enjoying it so much more this year, training 3-5 times a week e wry week so far . I don’t even count lengths anymore

^ that was a guess. I don’t keep track of how often I go anymore

Good efforts! I’ve been keeping at it myself and trying different classes to keep it interesting, definitely feeling the benefit of it all!

We started a virtual challenge to run/walk 268 miles during January. We are on target to complete the challenge on Saturday...boom

Great effort! I use walks inbetween recovery from the gym to help keep the calories burning!
