I always try to have a pee just before I go to sleep at night. If I wake up needing one, that’s when I get all annoyed and grumpy

The last time I used the bathroom while half asleep I peed in the sink, so being fully awake is preferable now.

Don't put any lights on.

Barely open eyes.

Feel the way around the walls.

Start talking inside head as soon as get up. ' I am going back to sleep. back to sleep, back to sleeeep'

( This keeps other thoughts out of my head so I don't start the day )

Don't flush ( no noise )

Sanitise hands while peeing- no water to wake me up

Back between warm sheets.

Breath deep and back to sleep

Snap. I also keep the seat down so I can just sit down, then wiggle it about, before I stand up, so there are no drips.
