Just done a stupid and very painful thing injured groin and hamstring at footy sprayed deep heat on and it reached places not intended.

As result sensitive areas are now burning like hell cold shower pn affected areas not helping.

Make sure its a bucket of iced water and not a bucket of what's being discussed on one of the other posts!

Yeah Yeah....a similar thing happened to me when I was doing the vacuuming the other day....i slipped and the next thing i knew.....

Get some of that freeze spray to counteract the deep heat!!

If that doesn't work - try rubbing vigorously to remove all traces!!
