to set up me set top box, got one for my bedroom telly today but haven't got a clue, so come Wedneday I won't be able to watch telly in bed

there should be an install option in the main menu in there is a search feature just click on it and it will set itself up for you

Do you have scart connections??? or are you using the UHF lead?

Or have you got it all connected but cannot program it yet?

I know where to plug stuff in but I think i'll need some fine tuning

If you have used a scart lead, just select the AV button on the tv remote, then follow the on screen instructions, it should be fairly simple
