Favourite Easy Brownie Recipes Please

Got a Brownie maker for Christmas (yesterday) and no idea how to make them

Only made them once which was a Slimming World recipe and made a huge mess of the kitchen, took about 6 hours to make and nearly 6 days to clean up after (because I couldn’t face it) & it included a butternut squash - never again

1 egg

4oz of butter

4oz flour

4oz melted chocolate

8oz sugar

Pinch of salt

Mix bake for 20 mins on gas mark 4. Then turn oven off and leave for another 20

Thanks don’t need the oven bit…. The brownie cooker things will hopefully do that
