Sleep in?...

I struggle at times to get comfortable, can't lay for long on left side due to a shoulder issue.

On my back is comfortable but I feel exposed so it's usually half on my tummy & half on my right side,& the sometimes wake up with a bad back

On my back is most comfortable for me, when was young always slept on my front but if do that now end up sore neck or back.

I’m all over the place really. My joints like to shift when I’m relaxed. Which I often have to correct throughout the night and change position. I can’t remember a time I’ve had a single comfortable sleeping position.

If in bed with C then on my back as she sleeps with her head on my chest…

I am in pain however I sleep. Mainly on my RHS, knees bent a bit with a pillow between them. My right hip has started playing up so it gets uncomfortable now but can't sleep on LHS due to the nerve injury issues. I often wake up with my left leg/foot dead and increasingly, with pins and needles in my hands.

What's my age again?!

Naked - turned on my right side.

Left foot exposed to regulate body temperature

When I was younger, I usually sleepin on a Stomach position.

Now I am using right side with a cushion on between my knees.

A world all of his own

I usually fall asleep on my front, with my right arm on the pillow and my face resting in the crook of my elbow. Really hard to describe and if I sleep for a while in that position, I wake with a seriously dead arm
