I've just been for a swim, not been for months but feeling mighty fine and energised now just ashame the only men in there looked like my grandad!

I find watching Jeremy Kyle makes me feel infinitely better about myself!!

Best feeling is after having a really good gallop through the woods with my mum and kids.

Then looking at each other splattered in mud.

Or laying in the bath after being caught in the freezing rain

yes love that feeling and my horses at shows ... winning in classes of over 50 in working hunters jumping , lol best feeling in the world x
