I don't think he/they could do that. Wouldn't that be more akin to The Fly? I have always assumed he/they is/are really called Brian and these identities are just for communication purposes. It would get very confusing asking Brian to pass the spanner and/or glitter and then picking it up themselves.

Also we/I have subtle differences due to the Third Paradox Shift Median Principle, Invictus me hates glitter and finds blue women odd but Funky me loves it and likes blue lady gardens.

There are some acceptable situations such as Dr Who [fecking amateur] or Tommy Cooper conventions, or in Turkey etc. but generally it's not wise to have too many. It's like you ladies wearing the same dress at a party.
