I’ve tried them but didn’t overly like. They tasted strangely bitter, if I recall. The passion fruit ones were better.

But the best are Lidl’s own make Jaffa cakes. Better than branded (although Jaffa cakes wouldn’t be my top choice of biscuit).

They only have them now and again - I tend to get a few packets when I see them. I think they taste of nice cherry. That’s what I like about Lidl and Aldi, I can get cherry flavoured things there. They have lush black cherry jam in Lidl

I’m working out in France at the minute .

In the supermarket they have cherry ones with marbled white n milk chocolate
