London

I'm not happy as Alexa is down and I had to get out of bed to turn the light on and make my own coffee

Anyone else having issues?

You do know you have to do that every morning because we don't have smart lights or a smart kettle right?

"Yep she is not listening this morning lol"

If I were you I would actually turn them off because I did see something on Twitter with someone claiming that it had been hacked and the advice was to turn them off but I don't know if that's true.

Just give her a stern talking to and put a tea towel over her and leave her like that for a while. She hates that, and being ignored. Lol.

"No problems with our Alexa's. X"

It seems to be in London and other parts of the country but also across Europe. Seems to be affecting some areas and not others.

It’s affecting out here in Essex. But noooo way would I have it tied to lights etc, that should be on its own bespoke network..

My Siri worked fine.

Had my programmed sunrise, gentle alarm. Then I asked her to turn the lights off while I pondered my existence.

She obliged and worked as expected.

Went downstairs on the hall light was working to a script and lit up as I entered for breakfast.
