I think it may be an American 'national day' but it's today and I know forum folk love cheese.

If you can only have one cheese, which do you choose?

This is too hard to choose just 1!!

Just for everyday use I’d choose a good cheddar but oooo I love red leister or a Brie and when I’m feeling fancy a baked Camembert

Now I’m fancying some crackers and cheese

I feel like if I post in this thread and list all of them. I'm going to be a bit predictable.

I'll use this as a witty acknowledgement instead and break free of predictability.

A bit of salty and sweet - a classic flavour combination.

Well.

I know the answer to this question immediately because whenever I have my picture taken and the photographer does the say cheese thing I always think of cathedral city mature cheddar on a stick with a bit of pineapple.

That’s why my smile is so dazzling still.

Missin’ Yo’ Kissin’

Red Leicester - cos it has a sweet nutty taste to it.

Toast it in a sandwich toaster with ham & chopped, onions or grill it till the cheese melts everywhere with brown sauce or Lea Perrins.

If yer need a sugar rush R.L is the "big cheese!" Get it? Nah. Oh well....

America and cheese should never be used in the same sentence, unless it's to say they should never be used in the same sentence.

Any country that sells aerosol cheese does not deserve to have the food of the gods.
