Only joking, and really hope you’re ok. Covid completely knocked me sideways when I had it a year ago, but I think it was worse pre-jabs.

My biggest piece of advice is to take it easy and rest up. I ended up overdoing things and put back my recovery.

I did the weighted hula hoop the other day. Fucking thing kept falling down so I ended up in a squat position to keep it up. I shit you not the next day I couldn't even laugh without my tummy muscles feeling as though they were being clubbed by Captain Caveman

I didn't have one either. Isolating in my bedroom so I didn't pass to other family members. Stuck in a house with my ex and couldn't see my kids.
