So I like to take the time to make sure profiles match up and we suit each other on paper. I take the time to write a message and attach the correct photo etc.

My question if I messaged a year ago with no response do I try again?

Obviously the women on here get hounded with pests, fakes, cock pics etc and I asume often just to a mass cleanse of there inbox.

If they never read it, I'd say it's okay trying again after a decent period.

If they read it and never responded, that's a no and you should take it as one.

Yes, try again.

Honestly messages can be lost pretty quick on here. I’ve met some great guys, because they only waited 5-20 minutes to send a second message. Otherwise I wouldn’t have seen them.

Tangents are default in the lounge.

Your messages disappear after 3 months or so anyway, so unless your profile is exactly the same, you send the same message, and she has the memory of an elephant you’ll probably get away without her noticing, even the “They mailed you 12 months ago” will replace with “They mailed them you 1 minute ago”

Unless either of your profiles or circumstances have changed expect the same result tho. I had a shit(ter) profile when I joined and messaged people in ways I wouldn’t do now, as I’ve understood the unwritten rules better. I’ve re-co texted people and had different results, and also had initial refusals turn into decent messaging friends over time spent here in the lounge.

Yes try again. I’ve replied to people I didn’t the first time round after years getting their first message. People and circumstances change and the worst that can happen is you don’t get a reply/get a no thanks/get blocked. At least you tried instead of wondering and if you one of those things other than conversation happens don’t take it personally in the slightest, they just aren’t for you no matter what the paperwork says.
