Help..party clothes hell !!!

Hi I am pulling my hair out trying to look for some sexy clothes for our party in two weeks time!!! I am a size 22 (bust) and 18/20 lower half!!.

I would love to wear basques etc but cannot find any anywhere.

I think I am a lost cause please anyone got any ideas. I know I am not the only larger lass on here so where do the rest of you buy yours from !!

I'm not as well endowed as you are but as I can't get into my basques without help I tend to wear nice lingerie with something gauzy on top. You need to be comfortable.

It does sound like the perfect shopping opportunity.

Have you thought about clingfilm, it shrinks to fit and everyone can see what they are getting!

You'd be surprised. I did this a very long time ago for my then partner as his Christmas present. Wrapping paper and a bow on top and then a lot of unravelling. It may be difficult for a party.

Ebay is your friend as loads on there and dont cost loads .. and if no good put back on ..... and some good sites there for all sizes ... I live in the sticks i say Norwich as most know it but i am out the way .. so i go to Net and Ann summers and London Soho now and again .As love dressing up in all sorts ... and PVC latex silk and lace ..I have a real mix .

I never where basquesm chemise and babydolls are what i am comfortable in. Different people have differnt styles that suit them

Corsets UK for me too. I prefer the ones with steel bones, as they do not bend like plastic bones do.

Alot of lingerie sites now do stuff for the larger lady, J has bought a few on line and fit ok.

Only thing with basques is that having boobs as big (not complaining mind they are lovely) they could still tend to fall out at the wrong moment from a basque.

you can get some lovely lingerie these days

Have to say the ann summers "in control" basques are both really pretty and help suck in all those lumps and bumps. Best to buy in a dress size bigger though, and have someone on hand to help you in and out of it - hubby has to squeeze me into mine but it is well worth it! Have fun xx

Some really beautiful lingerie available for the larger ladies now.

As an alternative to a basque, why not try a bra/pantie set (a balcony bra to lift up the boobs looks dead sexy) along with some nice seamed holdups? Cap it all off with a lovely lacy full length see through robe and heels, and bob's yer uncle. Enough to get anyone salivating at the sight

Have a look at Love Honey - they do some nice stuff for us larger ladies (I know hubby posted something earlier) but that's where I've bought stuff from.

They do basques but also things which cover you up (tummy area) if that's what you want to hide and are pretty.

I'll have a look at that site though as well
