So, we all know that some men like to send this type of message and maybe some women (not too sure on that one)....

My questions are:

Does this type of message work?

Do women/men respond positively?

Why can't you put more of an effort in?

Yes they do sometimes work depending on how horny I was at the time.

Men can put all the effort in and still get nowhere on here. They csnt win either way.

I’d suspect that the men/women who send them, won’t inhabit the forums.

I’ve received many FAF’s from men, but I don’t entertain them.

That said, I have a friend who I meet regularly who can get away with sending me a FAF, because I know him. It didn’t start out that way though. We engaged in a less crude way in the beginning.

Nah. We wouldn’t entertain any instant or short term meets unless its someone we have already meet and played with before. We need time to plan and prepare to ensure nothing goes wrong (or to minimise potential risks)

FAF messages are simply deleted. I presume that these people think ‘it’s a sex site I can fling out a lack lustre message and someone will bite’ - probably works on some but not my style xx

Someone's gonna tell me the whole site is at sending these type of messages and they work but I doubt it. Maybe im just a bit odd

Did the OP mean as an initial message because things would be different if you had met the person and sexual relations had been established

I've never heard of "FAF" before, but I assume this counts for all messages that basically are looking for a hookup? Weirdly I've had a lot more success on dating apps when I keep my opening message short and sweet like that, which is why on here I've been doing the same kind of thing. I usually say that a social would be good first or try to respond to things on their profile if it is filled out. I don't think you can get personality across through a screen and I'd prefer to do that part in person. I thought the initial thing to do is find out whether there is any attraction. Am I doing something wrong? A lot of profiles have mixed views on what they want you to send them.

We can all agree that with increased physical attractiveness comes a decreased amount of required effort

Never had one never sent one. I've had "I'd pay to lick you out". Weirdly enough I refused that one and I'd also ignore FAF.

If by some twist of nature a FAF request laned in my mailbox I would jump at the chance jist to tick it off my list. I did do a last minute meet after reading a FAF request on a status update but that's not the same as just getting a random one in - that's far more exciting!
